Hey Lars if your looking for a quick fix for them draws, a piece of wood/few inches long, screwed between the draws and just turn the wood to lock and open 👍

You could use a turn button with a fixing screw? They’re only small. I use them for my van to make sure my drawers done open

We have “turn latches” for our draws (like what you get on a rabbit hutch 😂) and they’re great, BUT, because we have them screwed so tight, the black paint has rubbed off onto the white paint a bit. Bits of wood will would just as well though

Those sachets are pretty hideous as they’re weak as dishwater. If (hardly ever) I have to use one, I put a decent teaspoon of nice instant coffee in which vaguely helps it taste more like a coffee (and no, that doesn’t mean using rubbish like Nescafé Gold Blend😂🤮🤢! A decent brand). If I was in Devon I’d donate my brand new cafetière to you as bought 3 on offer and really don’t need 3! 😣

Small block of wood, white In colour to the side of the drawers , each side and one on the middle. That would close both drawers. Just a thought. Looking good. 🥰

A hammock as you can take it down easily 😊

For a bed, there are a couple of ideas that I think would work pretty well for you and the way you use your van. First would be a murphy style bed, up against the left rear wall. The second would be a hammock. Just some food for thought. Keep up the great work, you'll work it all out in no time.

Oh Lars :( You've changed so much since your first lot of Van Life Videos, it is such a shame that you felt you needed to take some time out a couple of years ago as I think it stopped your flow and changed you. I can't really explain how I feel about your videos, because I am certain you are a nice chap but the videos now seem very forced. Why don't you just live in a van, rather than feel the need to document, because this video just seems like you felt you needed to put this out rather than wanting to put it out, and there is a difference. Perhaps you are beginning to realise that the everyday person isn't actually wrong in the way they are living, and actually you are the one going against the "norm" I have had several disagreements with you in the past, these are never hate comments, just differing opinions, where I have felt you have tried to "tell" people how to live instead of just showing people how YOU live, you clearly are someone that reflects a lot and quite sensitive, especially with the replies you have given to me in the past with my comments. I feel your social media world has kinda slowed now too because you needed that break, I feel you are drifting Lars, and it saddens me to think a young man's life is drifting... Also, can I add, there isn't anything wrong with going against the Norm, I am not suggesting it is wrong because we all are entitled to live the way we want to live, but don't try and persuade other people to live the life you want, this is not the way to be, and I feel this is why you struggle with other people (This is something you have said previously) you like being alone etc you struggle with other people because you are so wrapped up in the way you live, think, feel that anyone who does anything different is wrong in your opinion and you do need to come out of that mode because it is not healthy to have those types of thoughts. I don't think you are wrong to live the way you live, your are a grown man, you live the way you want to, but don't come at me, and tell me I need to do this and that to be a better person, especially at your age! I want to stress again, I am not writing this angrily to get at you Lars, I just hope you can see and start being more positive about other people, and focus on you, focus on how you want to live, rather than trying to be this motivational, inspirational person that at the moment you are not, and Lars by the way, the reason you are not this motivational or inspirational is not due to you being a bad person, it is because you are young, I know you will be see me being as Ageist too, but I have been in my 20's and I know that the older people don't appreciate being told how to live by some early 20 year old who has decided to go against the norm and thinks everyone should stop living in a house, live in their car and should do this and do that...... so please focus on you and you alone. I am going to stop now because I don't want to come on too heavy, part of me thinks you will block me, but I am here if you want a healthy conversation, I am not closed minded and always open to change and a new way to think, but I trust my opinion and judgement. :) All the best to you Lars Jonno
